Are flights included in the tour package?
Flights are not included. You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from Milano Malpensa Airport.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, a penalty of 100% of the total travel cost applies unless a specific cancellation insurance is purchased- available at €450,00 for person (overdraft insurance 20%)
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please inform us of any restrictions or allergies at the time of booking so we can make necessary arrangements during meals and wine tastings.
What is not included in the tour price
- Local tourist taxes, where applicable (payable on site).
- Meals and beverages unless specifically mentioned.
- Optional experiences, such as a Pompeii tour, an evening Three Tenors concert in Rome, or a cooking class in Florence.
- Gratuities and any services not expressly listed as included.
- Porterage and personal expenses.
- Transfers between hotels and airports in Florence and Naples; transfers between hotels and train stations in either direction; and transportation to tour meeting points.
- Travel medical insurance, which is strongly recommended for the entire trip.
- Trip cancellation insurance, which is strongly recommended.
