• Departure from Rome Leonardo da Vinci Airport to Orvieto.
• Guided tour of the historic center, including the St. Patrick's Well, the Cathedral with the Signorelli Chapel, Piazza del Popolo, the Torre del Moro, and the Church of Sant'Andrea.
• Lunch at a typical restaurant after the visits.

• Visit a vineyard and tasting in a typical winery for lunch.

• Breakfast
• Departure towards Spoleto for a guided tour of the city.
  Visit the Ponte delle Torri, the exterior of the Albornozian Fortress, the Cathedral of S. Maria Assunta, the Market Square with the remains of the Roman forum, and the beautiful Roman Theater.
• Lunch included.
• In the afternoon, visit the Marmore Falls at the water release.
• Return to the hotel for dinner.

• Breakfast,
• Transfer to Perugia, and guided tour of the city including the Paolina Fortress, Porta Marzia, Piazza Italia, Piazza del Sopramuro, Palazzo dei Priori, the Maggiore Fountain, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, panoramic views from the Terrace of Porta Sole, and the Etruscan Arch.

• In the afternoon, participate in a "Cooking Class" to experience cooking and then enjoy a complete traditional Italian meal.

• Breakfast and day visiting Lake Trasimeno.
